Arsema is a first-generation Eritrean, born and raised in Seattle, WA. Her background includes an undergraduate degree in Medical Anthropology and Global Health, with a specific focus on immigrant and refugee health. Subsequently, she pursued physician assistant studies at the University of Washington, leading to a role with Neighborcare where she is glad to be serving the communities in which she grew up.

Outside of work Arsema is usually taking a pilates or yoga class, trying new restaurants or spending time with family and her goldendoodle.
