Services: 

We provide a range of primary care health services for men, women and children. We will care for you when you are sick and help you stay healthy with regular checkups and health education services. Some of the services we offer include:

  • Gynecology and reproductive health care
  • Pediatrics and well-child care

  • Pharmacy and laboratory services
  • Nutrition counseling and health education
  • Mental health counseling

High Point Dental Clinic serves children under the age of 19. Our adult practice is limited to urgent care and some specific referrals. Some of the services we offer include:

• Dental exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings and extractions
• Oral health education
• Emergency dental services
• Limited oral surgery, as well as limited crown, denture and root canal services
Ryan White Part A Dental Provider - dental services for people living with HIV and AIDS

WIC Services

  • WIC provides nutrition services and support for pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, and infants and children up to age 5. WIC Services include:
  • Checks to purchase specific foods each month to supplement the diet.
  • Breastfeeding education and support
  • Individual and group nutrition education
  • Referral to community resources (food banks & social services)

We will schedule your appointment as quickly as possible.
Sometimes you can get an appointment the same day, but we prefer you to call before you come to the clinic. For urgent care, our dental clinic offers walk-in services on a first come, first served basis. Children are given priority.
If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call as soon as possible—we may have to reschedule you. If you are going to miss your appointment, please call. We will be happy to set up a new appointment.
