Neighborcare Health’s school based centers provide primary care, wellness activities and counseling in Seattle middle and high schools. Services we provide include sports physicals; preventive health care; evaluation and treatment of common health problems; immunizations; individual and group therapy; counseling for depression, trauma, stress, and problem-solving.
