Our 45th St. Homeless Youth Clinic (HYC) is a nationally recognized and highly successful drop-in clinic for homeless and at-risk youth aged 12 to 23 years. At the Clinic, young people can access medical, dental and social work services, as well as naturopathic care, acupuncture, yoga and meditation classes. The clinic is managed by a social worker and staffed by medical providers, a mental health counselor, a substance abuse counselor, an insurance eligibility specialist, and an acupuncturist. Patients are served without regard to insurance status.
