Community Connect

Have questions about changes to Apple Health (Medicaid) or what they could mean for you and your family? Join Neighborcare Health for Community Connect, an evening designed to help patients understand what’s changing, ask questions and connect with people who can help.

Tuesday, November 4 at 6 p.m.
Neighborcare Health at Rainier Beach
9245 Rainier Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118
Dinner will be provided.

What to expect

Community Connect is a welcoming, in-person event where you can:

  • Learn about upcoming changes to Apple Health and what they may mean for your coverage

  • Ask questions and get help understanding your options

  • Meet Neighborcare staff and community organizations that can connect you with helpful resources

  • Learn where to turn if you need help with health coverage, food, housing or other services

  • Connect with other members of your community

You do not need to be an expert on Medicaid or health insurance to attend. We’ll explain the changes in clear, everyday language and help you understand what steps, if any, you may need to take.

Dinner is provided at no cost.

We encourage patients, families and community members who have questions about Apple Health to join us.
