World Cup Information for Patients
Neighborcare clinics are open as usual during the World Cup.
Seattle will host several FIFA World Cup matches at Lumen Field this summer. Neighborcare clinics and administrative offices will have normal operating hours. Patients should plan ahead for increased traffic, transit demand, and downtown congestion on the following match days:
Monday, June 15, 2026
Friday, June 19, 2026
Wednesday, June 24, 2026
Friday, June 26, 2026
Wednesday, July 1, 2026
Monday, July 6, 2026
On match days, the areas around SODO, downtown Seattle, and nearby neighborhoods may experience heavy traffic, road closures, crowded transit, and delays starting hours before each match and lasting into the evening.
Regional transportation agencies encourage everyone to use transit whenever possible.
Travel tips:
Plan extra travel time
Use public transit when possible
Check for road closures before you leave
Use real-time travel updates from King County Metro and regional transportation agencies
Patients visiting Pike Place Market, Pacific Tower Dental, and Georgetown clinics may be especially impacted by traffic and congestion on match days.

Health reminder: Large events can bring crowds and visitors from many places. Neighborcare encourages patients, staff, and visitors to take basic health precautions in public settings, including staying home when sick, washing hands often, and considering a mask in crowded indoor spaces.
